How much does your service cost?

There is no direct fee. We receive a commission from the supplier you choose, which is included in the quoted price. You pay the supplier directly.

Am I tied to PLH Utilities?

No. You have no contract with us, and there's no obligation to proceed with any quote.

Yes. We're based in Colchester and cover the whole UK.

What is a Letter of Authority (LOA)?

An LOA lets us request your usage and contract details from your current supplier so we can tender accurately. It doesn't commit you to anything.

Prices can often be locked up to 12 months in advance. The earlier we review, the more options you have.

How long can I fix for?

Fixed contracts are available for up to 5 years.

Will my supply be interrupted when I switch?

No. Switching only changes who bills you.

Can I get 100% renewable electricity?

Yes, including direct supply from UK renewable generators for sites using over 30,000 kWh a year.
